Communication: Managing and Leading an Organization
Christopher Young

At every moment of the day, we are communicating. Through our actions and our words we transfer information to others and even to ourselves. How can we harness communication to facilitate the growth of individuals and of our organizations?

How to have it all, balancing a busy student life
Patricia Bacus

Students often try to balance several commitments such as school, work, volunteering, research and many more specific to each individual. Student leaders want to have it all and more, but it is important to still keep a good healthy balance within your life. I’ll tell my personal story about success, hard work and the journey to attempting to have it all, and try to pass off some useful life lessons in the process.

Leading cross-cultural teams from a woman's perspective, challenges and lessons

Grecia Pacheco Castro

Leading cross-cultural teams from a woman's perspective is challenging but definitely rewarding. It takes self-reflection, empathy, and authority. How do you do this? I want to share with you my experience achieving my goals in the United States, Germany, Italy, and Venezuela.
