Every day, Maxine has the honour of helping emerging leaders get clear on their vision and realize their potential as the Director, Career Education & Coaching within the Alberta MBA program. She does this by providing students with the tools and environment to develop the skills, network and empowerment they require to navigate their careers successfully upon graduation.

Maxine is passionate about learning and education. Through experience recruiting to executive positions, designing leadership development programs, and leading a variety of different teams, she has developed a career focus in the areas of Leadership Development, Coaching, Facilitation, and Career Management.

Maxine's love of learning has led her to obtain her Bachelor of Commerce and Certificate in Executive Coaching, as well as certifications as a Project Management Professional, Canadian Human Resources Practitioner, and MBTI facilitator. She is very excited to commence her Masters of Science in Organizational Development in April 2015.
